MarkMonitor.com (owned by Clarivate.com) is one of the biggest copyright infringers on the internet in that they host tons of websites that contain stolen art work, corporate logos, original art work, stolen text and writing and other copyrights from companies all over the world.
The worst thing about MarkMonitor.com is that not only do they copyright infringe which is against federal and international law, but they also ignore duly filed Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) complaints both written, mailed, emailed and faxed to their attorneys, corporate executives and website abuse contacts, in complete and total violation of law and ethics.
For example, they host the New York Post website which routinely re-prints and displays stolen original copyrighted art work, original text, authors’ copyrighted work, graphics, pictures, and images without permission routinely, specifically NY Post Columnist Rebecca Rosenberg, the NY Post’s greatest and most blatant copyright infringer.
It is highly recommended that copyright lawyers from all over the world investigate this matter and file law suits against this criminal copyright infringing company MarkMonitor.com, to force them legally and equitably to both respect and abide by all of the hundreds of thousands of copyright and intellectual property owners whom they steal from and infringe on the internet.
