He quoted me a large amount of money for a job, but we both agreed on the terms. He did a little bit of work on the job, but once I paid him in full, he never returned to finish the job. He just kept stringing me along with days that he would come, and then wouldn't show up. Finally, I called and requested reimbursement for parts of the job he didn't do. He refused then hung up on me.
