I hired Matt Steffen and The Marketing Agency back in July of 2020 to handle some internet marketing for me. They were supposed to provide SEO for my website, Social Media management for my Business Pages, and management and ad spend for Facebook ads. They did nothing. After a week or so, I contacted them, they said they had a new liason officer. She lasted a short time and accomplished nothing. Then they told me they wanted to wait until after the election because the cost of ads was too high. I waited until after the election, still they did nothing. I spoke with them a couple of times in November and December, but finally in December, they stopped responding all together. I tried to dispute the charges but they were older than 60 days. I paid them around $5,000 and they did nothing. The Marketing Agency is a scam, and Matt Steffen is a FRAUD!!
