MBENZGRAM.COM MBGRAM SCAMMING!! DOESN'T HAVE PRODUCTS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING AND WON'T PROCESS CANCELLATION REFUND! SACREMENTO CALIFORNIA
Places an order almost a month ago for over $1000 in parts. Had an inquiry and no one returned calls. No one even answers the phones, at any hour!!! Barely reply to emails. I cancelled the order almost immediately after placing it. Finally started getting email replies stating someone would contact me and a refund would be done in 7-10 days. REALLY? 2-4 is expected...but its been over 3 weeks and still nothing!!!
They refuse to process a refund, they refuse to return calls. They don't have stock of items as they show and they certainly wont' eventually fulfill. All they are doing is scamming people!!! Good thing we have protection from them wtih credit cards and public awareness sites!!! RUN from these guys!!!
