I received an email offer for a computer router that would help me access wi-fi for my devices. I can't afford internet connection in my apartment complex and thought this would help. I paid $85 and was told I'd have the router by the end of April. I haven't gotten anything but empty promises and explanations of too many orders.
Finally, today I get an email that their shipper, Yun Express, has an exception to my delivery and I must contact them. Yun Express's wwebsite is difficult to navigate and prevented me from contacting them because of a nonworking check box. There is no other way to contact Yun, I can't get an answer from Ryoko and I just want my money back and
