Musely - NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS Fake Prescriptions with No Refunds, No Doctors, No Callback, Santa Clara, California
Watch out - this company is slick. They've found a way to NEVER have to refund anyone for anything while they call their products "prescriptions," however, I never spoke to anyone because they don't return calls, nor did anyone evaluate my skin at any time. According to their site, they don't give refunds because under federal law, prescriptions cannot be refunded or returned. Once your treatment has shipped, you cannot return it even if you don't open it.
I signed up for 2 treatments and entered my personal info. The site keeps talking about how important it is to connect with the E-nurse so I wasted about a half hour looking to do that. I've been using a computer everyday for years and try as I might, I thought I had found the e-nurse link, but it somehow never brought me there. After several attempts, I called the phone number on their site which said someone would get back to me which never happened.
Aside from that, I used two of their treatments for two months everyday and night and saw no difference. Despite that they have a physical location, I only see their products online, so they can control the whole interaction with their absent doctors and nurses.
