My review of Native Path… first draft of my Native Path review.
This review has nothing to do with the quality or lack of quality of the product. I’m reviewing a company that is certifiably unethical and hoping I can help someone avoid being ripped off and/or wasting their time on damage control.
I got on the Native Path website to order their collagen. I tried to place my order like on any other site you place an order. I looked for a tab that said “place order.” Instead of that, I got bombarded with, “WAIT order five more and get a free jar of…” I clicked on
“No thanks.” Then another promo came up, “WAIT, if you order (some other thing they sell) and get 2 free bottles of …”
This happened no less than five times and I decided to abandon the site and never order anything again from them. Keep in mind I did not place an order. I just “hung up.”
Next day, I received two charges in the same amount for something I never ordered.
They took it upon themselves to order for me and charge me twice.
I wrote myself a note to call them in the morning when they opened. Before I got the chance to do that, my bank, Capitol One sent me a warning that I had been charged twice for the same thing and they provided me with a fraud number and asked me to call them.
By that time, Native Ripoff was open and I called to discuss this with them. I told them to cancel any orders they had taken upon themselves to place for me. They said I could send them back and they would give me a full refund. I said that I also expected to be refunded for the shipping cost of sending them back. I guess I expected a lot from an unethical company and that she would say, yes of course. Nope. “We don’t pay shipping even when the “mistake” is ours.
I hope this review saves someone the wasted effort that I’ve been through. If you are looking for the best clean sourced collagen from an ethical company, try Organixx.
