Overnight Prints is a Fraudulent Printing Company... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Is Overnight Prints Legit? Absolutely not!!! Don't expect to actually receive any print products if you order from this company - total scam!
I ordered two sets of business cards from Overnight Prints over a month ago, and I paid extra for express shipping to get it to me quickly. The date of my requested delivery came and went, and yet no cards came. I went to check on the status of the delivery on my online dashboard, and somehow the cards were still in production... I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would push the order out and were just experiencing delays because of an internal production issue. Every week since then, I have checked to see why my order is STILL IN PRODUCTION, and every time, I have been assured that they would rush my order through production and have it to me shortly.
Every time, the excuse has been and "internal production issue." Unless their entire factory exploded, I cannot see a reason why my orders have STILL not gone through production a month later. I have requested a cancellation and refund, which they have told me is not possible until I receive my order... which apparently I never will at this point, so problem solved for them. I'm now having to dispute this charge on my card with my bank directly, which is a huge pain, and these people have effectively stolen my money and refused to deliver my business cards. They have no policy in place to protect the consumer in case of so-called "production issues," and their customer service reps will just hang up on you or end your chat once you start asking questions about refunds, cancellation, and when to expect your now-delayed order. Super sketchy.
So if you order from Overnight Prints, you gamble with the possibility of never receiving your item AND never being refunded for that order never making it to you. These people should be completely shut down - this is easily the worst printing service I've ever used, and I'm actually wondering if the entire company is a scam that just steals people's money and doesn't actually print anything!
