Park Newport Apartments- Roger Stone Park Newport Park Newport Apartments is rat infested Newport beach California
Do not rent at Park Newport they refuse to clean up rat infestation for 7 months. Entered my apartment 137 times. It is obvious rats are in the walls and entering apartment through numerous holes. Jim Diaz and Roger Stone refuse to address the situation. Jim Diaz the maintenance manager told me not to eat in my apartment and refused to fill in holes. Jim told me not have food in my apartment. Refused to fill in holes. Complete negligence on Park Newport.
They hired outside pest control which told me to that Park Newport needs to fill in the holes. Jim Diaz refused instead they broke my shower door, broke my sink pipes flooding kitchen, dragged dog fecal matter into apartment and still has not cleaned it up. Park Newport property manager refuses to compensate me for my ruined floor coverings and inconvenience. I was told by Jim Diaz that he wants to put cameras in my apartment but yet still refuses to solve problem and fill in holes. Travin from pest control told me to leave the rat poop on my counters so that he can track rats. So I had rat crap on my counters for 7 months!!!!
Do not rent at Park Newport very poor management.
