Patrick keehan Overcharged me, fraudulently billed, made me uncomftable in room Texas
Dr. Keehan since leaving John Peter Smith has overcharged, overbilled. He bills every skin check as level 4. He only looks at waist up.
He refuses to have chaperone in room. He refused to wear a mask and has endangered his sick patients. I asked for refund and he rand office manager refused.
