Horrible customer service.  No tutorial. No videos. No explanation. No troubleshooting. No real Q & A.  No refunds. You just overpay for a product that DOESN'T WORK and then there is no recourse. AVOID at all costs. Just look up their TrustPilot reviews...and you'll see that many others have had a very similar experience.  What a waste of a good idea to poor management.
