I get there and explained what it was I needed. An oil change and a tune up.
and to check and see why my 4 runner is wabbling left to right on the freeway.
I left and returned the very next day because I wanted to see if the reviews were right about the integrity/fraudalent schemes I had learned about online were true. Holy crap.!
I get there and there is a work order with a rear brake job on it..I didnt talk about nor did I ever authorize any brake job. And on top of that they installed the wrong sparkplugs
A 99 4runner 3.4 needs to have double electrodes only.! dont forget.
The guy at the desk ,who will remain anonymous, takes the work order and trashed it. Then when I got it back and the engine light came on on the way home.
I am recovering from a motorcycle accident and cant work on anything and need the car fixed. So I take it to Torrance DCH Toyota and they called me and I talk to the man working on my 4 runner and he showed me the sparkplugs. I cant in all good faith ever return. They installed new struts and the wabbling is gone. My 99 4 runner is in the toyota shop as I type.
