I have been a loyal Peugeot customer, valuing the quality and craftsmanship of their products. However, my recent experience with Peugeot’s customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased a Peugeot pepper grinder that came with a lifetime guarantee. When the product began to rust—a defect that should not occur with stainless steel—I reached out to Peugeot to resolve the issue through the warranty. Despite providing all necessary details and photos, I was repeatedly redirected to irrelevant departments. Most recently, I was shockingly referred to Peugeot’s automobile division and advised to contact a car dealer—despite my claim clearly being about a kitchen product, not a vehicle.
This shows a severe lack of communication and understanding from their customer service team, which has caused unnecessary frustration and delay in addressing a valid warranty claim. The Peugeot brand is known for high-quality products, but this situation has significantly damaged my trust in their customer care.
I demand that Peugeot honors their lifetime guarantee on my pepper grinder, provides clear and direct assistance, and resolves this issue without further delays or misdirection.
I urge Peugeot to improve their customer service processes, as this level of service failure is unacceptable for such a well-regarded brand.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Peugeot products and will be considering other brands for future purchases.
