Platter automotive of venice Had been tryin to work a deal to buy back my vehicle for weeks. Then they sold it out from under me while lying about it Venice Florida,
I mad a big mistake in dealing with this unscrupulous used car lot. They sold me a lemon of a Jeep Wrangler. I had traded in my older Jeep Grand Cherokee towards it. When I realized what a mistake i has been duped into I told them I wanted to buy my old car back. For weeks I have been talking to them trying to get to buy it back.
The sleazy salesman chris keep telling me he wasn’t allowed tonmake any sales without Doug "the owner” approval. For weeks I had been asking for a deal to buy back my vehicle and he kept telling me the same old song. Finally I get ahold of their cooperate line and try and get an seer out of doug directly. Problem is no on could ever get ahold of him.
Then I finally show up at their corporate office which is a little hole in the wall. The woman I had been trying to communicate with tells me they just sold my truck online someone. I tell her I’d been talking with chris for weeks and basically since the day I traded it. Wanting the opportunity to buy it back. My personal advise don’t deal with this company they have no morals, conscience or business ethics!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
