I signed a contract - PODS picked up POD on 9/12/22 in Boston and it was scheduled to arrive at my home in California on 9/24/22 - 12 days in transit.  I received a call from their "bad news department" it would not arrive until September 27 - three days later because a third party involved and unloaded the POD in Nevada.

 This was unacceptble - I hired helpers to unload the POD on 9/25/22, the POD contained important medical supplies and medications plus household items and furniture for my new home.   I received no resolutation and/or compensation for their mistake and am still waiting for my POD.  

They charge double what U-HAUL does for their pods and I chose PODS because I felt they must be more reliable and efficient.   NOT SO!!!

Also the POD was filthy when it arrived at my former home in Boston.
