Poozy Lyons Trading Co They will not issue a refund Eagan MN
I placed a order for 2 sets of the boxers and I received the 2 orders separately. I didn't care for the material and noticed the wrong size was ordered. I reached out to their customer service and they warned me via email they can not accept returns of opened items. I responded and stated I did not open the actual products.
The customer service person was very helpful and issued a refund minus shipping. When I finally received the second shipment it took me 4 attempts until someone responded to me for a shipping label. Now they are saying I opened the product and they have decided not to refund the money but issue a store credit instead, I stated no. Why would I open a package when I already know the contents and wanting to return. This makes no sense.
