I sent a PS3 fat for repair back on November 5th 2020 and it is now March 5th. I've contacted this service via email and telephone and I haven't received a response. They still have my video game console. They haven't updated me on any updates since accepting my money. I've submitted many complaints to the following agencies: Federal Trade Commission, BBB of Central California and Inland Empire Counties, Bureau of Household Goods and Services, State of California Department of Justice and Fraud.org
