This company's anti-cheat system cannot differentiate between cheaters vs innocent players who is just playing in a laggy condition. they are called false bans.
their customer support have been given standard operating answer and procedure, robot answers. false bans are usually overlooked, sure its just usd 20 - 100 a single player paid for the game. The company trust too much on its automatic system and never look into cases.
players who got banned unfairly usually gives up, perhaps especially those non english speaking just rebuys the game, giving the company profit. I refuse to do so without fighting whats right.
So this is where it got interesting from the news:
"one million players
BattlEye banned more than 1 million PUBG cheaters in January
Update, February 5: PUBG Corp are continuing to lay down the law when it comes to cheaters in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, banning over one million players last month. Bugs and all, PUBG is still one of the best PC games of 2017"
i wonder how many of those are false bans, just like my case? even 1 case is pure theft and scam sir. This is big money stolen from players. something must be done.
