First let me say that I have been going to this location for 8 years! I have seldome had an issue here but the one time I did the owner fixed it imeadiatly. Tlast experience was one for the books.
I went in last week with my Mini Cooper and they said "we no longer do oil changes on those". I say "What you have been dong them for me since I bought the car?" They say - "Under New Ownership & that car is a hard one to do." so, I decided I would go to the competitor down the street (I have 5 cars that they have worked on in the past). Well, I went down the street on 11.05.2021 with my F250 and they said that my oil drain plug was stripped and they cant fix it they tell me I need to take it back to the place that did it last. They only place I have had my oil changed since I bought it has been Castrol Premium Lube in Leander.
I went back to Castrol Premium Lube same day with my f250 and at first they lie and tell me it has been 38 Months since they have seen my truck, when I show them the receipt for a change they did 3 months ago they said I need to talk to the old owner to resolve this issue as they are not responsible. They bought the name of the business, the book of business and location. They have the same employees! They do not get to pass on the liabilities. The only thing that changed is ownweship. When I ask for the new owner contact info they refuse to give it to me . They messed up my truck and will not fix it.
