Red Dot Machinary Bought from and never got products Sydney NSW
2 months ago I bought $275 worth of vinyl for my cutter and some other things. Wrote to confirm payment was made and nothing, A month later I wrote asking the status and nothing , a week got a email saying out of stock and would ship the foloowing week.
2 weeks later wrote asking for a credit, no response, wrote a week later saying I'd file complaints with goverment agencys and still no reply. They also use a 3rd party to collect momey anf I'm having a hard time with them also so STAY AWAY, total POS.
