Roverland Parts RL, LLC I purchased a rebuilt transmission that was defective Tampa Florida
My comments below are my response to Roverlands explanation to me blaming my mechanic on not accurately diagnosing the issue with the transmission.
Roverland has refused to address these issues. Moreover, they refused to honor their own warranty.
The business response is flawed on its face as it does not address the 3 defective valve bodies, they sent to me. The business has refused to address the material fact that they, Roverland Parts 1) sent me a rebuilt transmission with a defective valve body (cost $4000, install $3000), 2) replaced the defective valve body with another defective valve body (install $1000), and 3) I then purchased a newly rebuilt valve body from Roverland Parts that was also defective (cost $1000 install $1200). Additionally, the second valve body was returned to you for your review and testing. Because I have not heard from you regarding your testing of the second defective valve body, it is clear to me you have not followed up with this issue. Furthermore, my mechanic is an authorized Landover mechanic here in Evansville. He has the required Landover testing computers and experience servicing landcovers' here in Evansville. Each time I had to bring the car back because of the defective valve body, the diagnostics came back with issues regarding the only solenoids within the valve body which were obtained from Roverland.
I also sent a certified letter to Roverland detailing the issues without a response.
