Ruby 9, MCS Global, Impact wireless, T-Mobile Steve Tichi, Lara Coombs Crooks, Criminals of the worst kind. Was a prepaid sim card good for 9 years on T-mobile? Took me for $7700!!! BTW if you call T-mobile CS they will put you on eternal hold and try and transfer you to a number that goes back to ruby 9 that will answer and then hang up on you.
T-Mobile is as much to blame here as anyone. These are T-Mobile accounts and you can't port your number because you don't have a pin and no way to get one. T-Mobile won't help you either. They give you the run around I'm going to the AG in every state that I can.
Will not rest until all of them T-Mobile included are formally charged or in someway reprimanded by at least an AG level. BTW Steve and Lara, every phone call you ever had with me in your scam process was recorded. Happy New year looking over your shoulder!!!
