Sold dog with Illness and refused to compensate for care
*Has an AKC Chihuahua breeding operation run by her minor child (((REDACTED))). The young daughter, aged 16 clearly cannot handle the rigors and responsibility of running a business. She sells dogs with no papers when they are promised. Dogs with actual full-blown heartworm, advanced dental disease, parasite, mange, fleas and undescended testicles, among certainly other things. No health certificate is provided, the animals are clearly neglected. The adult has no interaction. With buyers and unsuspecting buyers don't know they are doing business with a young girl not an adult. The girl is not at fault.
