I booked an appointment to have my car detailed at the sandwich car wash, on cape cod.. on sandwichcarwash.com, they advised me to schedule the appointment with Johnny by calling "5088331522"
they scratched the factory paint job on my Cadillac. Looks like they took a Brillo pad to the paint..you can see swirls on my paint. I did not notice this because they had we wait to pick up my vehicle at night time..and they took 12 hours to give me the car back..took no responsibility...
I personally called Johnny..he advised me to speak to his boss Donald Evans..and Donald had his lawyer call me to advise me that my claims are based on false grounds..and asked if I had a receipt or anything to prove my appointment had been scheduled..I said no because they do not provide reciepts and the detailing cannot be scheduled with Jonny unles you call 5088331522..so I only had the phone records..
(Side note) also provided me with the loner car, which was had vomit in the cup holder and running down the sides of the center console ...they can't even keep "bubbles" the loaner car clean
sandwich car wash is the worst car wash and detailing center on cape cod
