- The advertised "NUMBER" is after putting 30% down of the FAIR MARKET VALUE/ ASKING PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. To get to this number you multiply the "ADVERTISED NUMBER" BY 1.42857143 and drop the cents. You will get right back to the "ADVERTISED" number once you calculate 30% of the advertised number (dropping the cents) and deduct that amount as a down payment accordingly. THIS WILL BRING RELEVANCE AND VALIDITY TO THE DISCLAIMER with any customer sitting in front of you. It will also support strong CREDIBILITY moving forward with the deal.

- THE NEXT STEP IN THE FRONT CLOSE IS TO PUSH TO PICK UP THE FOLLOWING.

$895 DESTINATION- This can be described as the average transportation EXPENSE to get all of our inventory to the lot. (WE AVERAGE IT OUT SO IT'S FAIR TO ALL CUSTOMERS. WE WOULDN'T WANT ONE CUSTOMER PAYING MORE OR LESS THAN ANOTHER!)

$1495 RECONDITIONING- This can be described as the average EXPENSE to get all of our inventory to sellable condition which includes passing inspection and certification when applicable.

$$$$$ NIADA CERTIFICATION- To be clear, this would be the up-sell of the already completed and passed basic certification, which will cover the main components of the vehicle including the Engine, Transmission and Drive Axle for a future discussed period of time. WE NEED TO GIVE THE FINANCE MANAGER AN OPPORTUNITY TO UP-SELL A BUMPER TO BUMPER WRAP COVERAGE.

THE MORE PICK-UP, THE MORE MONEY MADE ON THE DEAL WHICH IS WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR.

NONE OF THESE ARE FEES. TWO ARE EXPENSES THAT NEED TO BE PASSED ALONG TO SUPPORT THE ADVERTISED "NUMBER" AND CERTIFICATION IS PROTECTION AND SECURITY FOR THE CUSTOMER.
