Shipping Department Failed to supply return information or contact information for their merchandise. Vernon California
On June 16, 2021, I ordered a pair of shoes (CC Women Wedges Summer Vintage Sandals, order no. 57509683) No other company identification was available. I paid $47.98 on my credit card. Today, July 9, 2021, I tried to get my bank to share with me the address of where the money was sent--no information available.
The shoes were returned on July 5, 2021 with no return information or any other information. I tried to locate information from the shipping address and that's when I ran across the Fraud Complaint from another customer of your's dated February 4, 2021. The complaint is available on your site.
