It doesn't get worse when the broker lines you up with an F Rated carrier. They don't care who they choose and then when you complain they say "take it up with the carrier..... the carrier has insurance". They take zero responsibility for choosing the F Rated carrier known to have a history of damaging vehicles!
This company Sonic Auto Transporation could care less about the customer experience. They do not check out the carriers they assign to the loads. Even worse - when the vehicle is damaged - they have no leverage - or refuse to use their leverage to help the vehicle owner get reimbursed. Worst broker ever. Total con-artist crap with fake reviews on line and false information about their company making them look better than they are...with zero experience even though they claim "years of experience". Jerks.
They used to be Crystal Car Shipping Inc. Guess why they changed their name!!!! Idiots.
