Steven Nagey Dumbest Person Trying To Rip Us Off Macomb MI
Steven Nagey of Michigan gets the award for being the biggest dumb a*s trying to rip off an online retailer. How stupid can someone be, when you clear the dumb a*s pond of water, you'll see Nagey right there on the bottom of the pond.
So this moron will go to the online store, buy an item, and then immediately file a fraud dispute claiming non receipt of merchandise. He will make up the most idiotic claims saying the item was to be delivered on a federal holiday, New Years Day, when this idiot doesn't even know that no one ships on a federal holiday!
So he will complete a sales order, having the terms of sale shown point blank infront of his clueless face. The next day complete and sign a sales order confirmation form, where every single term is stated point blank infront of him. January 07, 2020 roles around, and he completes a contact us form, once gain terms are pointed right in front of Mr Magoo, signs that as well.
So we get the form he completed and signed, and where is says dont ask for shipment the second you buy the item, he asks for shipment. That was just a bs form he completed just to tell the bank he contacted the merchant and makes up another lie that they didnt help him. So he files a fraud dispute on teh same day of January 07, 2020 2 minutes after.
So we get the fraud dispute 2 days later, and we contact this idiot and confront him point blank over the phone. Regardless of what question we ask him, of why he commited fraud, why he files a fraud dispute, you know you just committed bank fraud and petty larcney, you signed numeorus documents when you knew what the ship time frame was, you lied to your bank and sayid delivery on 1/1/2020, regardless of what you told this moron, he kept on saying "i never got it" after each thing you said. Mind you he knew what the ship time was and made up his own.
So he then this idiot emails us threatending legal action against us because he knownigly stole from us. With 3 signed documents, the documents form his bank showing the lies he stated, and not being able for htis idot to prove that we delivered the item outside the clealry stated terms he legally agreed to. yeah ok, its more like Nagey GUILITY of PETTY LARCEY, GUIITY OF BANK FRAUD GUILTY OF BEING IN POSSESION OF STOLEN MERCHANDISE, GUILITY OF BREACH OF CONTRACT.
Sellers do yourself a favor, truly get rid of this idiot and save yoruself the aggrivation of putting up with someone that should be locked in a rubber room at an old age community. Truly one of the most dumbest people we encountered. Trying to blame someone else for why he's stealing from someone else. ---
