Steve angarita met with my mother about remodeling her kitchen they agreed on $16000.00 he requested two checks for deposit $4000.00 each that he cashed immediately at a liquor store.
my mom called me that night and I determined she would not have enough money to finish once all the other costs were added in so I called steve the next day and told him that the project would need to be on hold I also told him to return the money deposit.
He has not returned the money and it's been almost 2 years he prayed upon an old person and cheated her out of money she desperately needed with no care in the world
