My internet service dropped out again and I was unable to get through to a real person because they want you to jump through THEIR hoops using THEIR automated system.
they have NO respect for their customers and the shoddiest customer service and support I have EVER experienced.
I have filed complaints with the state AG office and I was informed that Suddenlink refused to return their calls or answers to correspondence and emails.
Thei license to operate needs to be revoked!
