Sue Ellen Knapp Realtor Never Did Anything to Sell my House While Listed, Tried to Collect Commission After Exclusive Listing Agreement Expired California
This comes as close to a scam as far as I can tell. I am writing this report so that others don't get ripped off or their time wasting trying to sell their house. Sue Ellen Knapp, Realtor entered into an exclusive listing agreement to sell my house and never did anything to market it or anything else. Sue Ellen Knapp just took the listing and sat there and didn't do anything else after that. When the listing agreement expired, she didn't even come back to remove the lock box. My next realtor had to take it off and return it. Thereafter, when my other realtor sold the house, Sue Ellen Knapp attempted to collect a commission after the original exclusive listing expired, making any commission on her part non payable. My other realtor stopped her from doing this. Sue Ellen Knapp is nothing but a scam.
