Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Very long, positive conversation two weeks ago assured me they would arrive at 10am today. 1015am passed so I called just to be sure. Suddenly they said it was a 3 to 4 hour arrival window with a two hour inspection time. I took the morning off work to have the 10am appointment and two hour inspection time so I could be back at work by noon. Arrival sometime before or at noon was never the agreement. It was a specific appointment time of 10am. I was very disappointed as they came highly recommended, and was assured by them on the phone and by the referrals that they always arrived on time, and were "a well oiled machine." I didn't experience that sadly. And they were not necessarily nice or considerate about this sudden change when I called today. Instead, they were brusk and indifferent to me losing half a day's work with no repairs to show for it, and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about with a specific appointment time. I will go elsewhere, though I really had wanted to keep my business on the mountain. I really wish my experience had been different. EDIT 11/09/2018 You never said anything of the kind! You never said anything about an arrival WINDOW you gave a time. And the email I received that day had a TIME not a window. The email I received the day of suddenly had a window and that was when I called you. Changing the story after the fact loses customers. You should be apologizing right now for the confusion, instead of arguing with me, that pushes me away from EVER calling you now. Reduces my 3 star down to a 1 star and shows everyone that reads these reviews how you really are about treating potential customers. Because if you do this to a potential customer and fellow mountain neighbor, how do you treat people that already paid??
