This Bank Synchrony Bank went out of their way to hurt an 18 year Synchrony Bank customer by dropping their credit limit from $8,500.00 and without any letter or warning dropped my limit to $1,000.00 and when I put a New motor in my Truck the charge was declined. Synchrony Bank is unprofessional and knows nothing about Banking practices. Citizens of America do not do any business with Synchrony Bank because they will Ruin your credit score and worthiness. I now only use my Professional credit card though American Express. This Bank has the most Professional Bank services that does not look for ways to hurt their customers they only find ways to help their customers.

First off Einstein, did you even bother to READ the Card Holder's Agreement? Nope...otherwise you would not be coming here to cry, whine and stomp your feet in surprise. That card and account is THEIR PROPERTY. They can raise, lower or cancel the account at ANY time they choose! One of the PRIME reasons credit limits get lowered is because of late payments on other accounts, too much use of other accounts or changes in ability to pay ratios. Sorry Einstein, there's no grand conspiracy to get you and no, I don't work for them..
