Target guest services changes the price of items when returned, steals customers taxes and return values of items returned when purchased with a manufacturer coupon. And retaliates against by labeling me as a trespasser, calls the police on me claiming I'm not welcome in their stores all of Orange County CA.
Don't I have whistle blower protection rights? I get treated like crap whenever I enter a target store. Because I caught them stealing money from customers and called them out on in. I need help to stop this from continuing.

Don't I have whistle blower protection rights? Hilarious. No, you do not have whistleblower protection rights as a customer. A store can choose to prevent you from being a customer for all of the things you just wrote about. The fact is this: if you really don't like going to Target, and Target doesn't want you as a customer, then you should not to go to Target. You do not have the right to shop anywhere.
Because I caught them stealing money from customers and called them out on in. I need help to stop this from continuing. Or you could have brought your receipt from the purchase with you. Otherwise, they can refund you less than what you purchased the item for, especially if the item went on sale subsequently to when you purchased the item. In such a case, then the store has the right to refund you at the lowest price the item was offered - regardless of what you really purchased the item for.
If you have a receipt, then this isn't a problem.
