I guess my friends dad should have looked up this company before purchasing a vehicle. All of the allegations of beating his wide, and gun trafficking and prison and car scams are all over the internet.
This guy took advantage of my friends 84 year old dad. The poor old guy called him about a car he was selling online. Ted told him the car was great and what a good deal he was getting. After sending him the money it took weeks to get the vehicle. When it arrived it looked like the car was in a barn with a tree growing out of it. Rusted out, flood car, engine knocks, doors don't close properly, paint falling off. Worse than Sanford and son. I am not making one word of this up. This is nothing short of a scam and elder abuse. We will be reporting this forever until someone listens. Beware of this scam artist.

You can put away all the sympathy cards you are playing. Anybody who would send off their money to somebody they don't know to buy some stupid car THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN, needs to have their head examined. It's a matter of COMMON SENSE to NOT buy any used car without checking it out. It's just plain STUPID to do that. Secondly, you made a number of potentially libelous charges regarding this seller, (as a smoke screen to cover up the lack of COMMON SENSE). I wouldn't be a bit surprised if your next contact with seller is via a lawsuit.

I purchased a used car sight unseen and it needed some work but it turned out ok. I would say that purchasing an antique car, it would pay to have someone inspect before purchasing. One can get caught up in emotion and memories and you lose your rational thoughts. In this case, it sounds like it was settled between seller and buyer.

SEE PROOF ATTACHED...This is only the first of many emails
The person that submitted this has been harassing me and my staff for the past 3 days. He sent SEVERAL threatening emails and texts, and tried to extort a refund for someone else, OVER the purchase price. At the time, the actual buyer had not even contacted me to notify me that he was unhappy with his purchase. As soon as he did, I told him to return the vehicle for a refund. The author of this complaint is NOT a customer, and is nothing more than a bully (self proclaimed vigilante) with nothing better to do than harass a business owner ANONYMOUSLY. This is a personal vendetta and smear campaign.
Complaints should be filed against companies that refuse a refund or settlement. I settled this matter with the buyer directly. This review is unfounded.
NOTE: When someone buys a vehicle sight unseen, they always have the option to send an inspector to get any/all details and information prior to purchase.
