Tom Hogan is the least respected and worst precticing attorney in the entire San Joaquin county, Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento area. From the moment you meet him your instincts will scream "run out of the building now!"
Thomas P. Hogan modesto lawyer will almost instantly start giving you his sad story about his daily AA meetings, as he is a struggling alcoholic with Jesus pictures all over his office. When important issues are brought up such as Tom fumbling your case because of his blatant incompetence and shortcomings as a so called attorney, he will point to a picture of Jesus and say "he's got this, he has a plan" and start nodding his head and smiling.
Ask yourself, is your court case worth trusting to a serious decades long alcoholic and painting of Jesus?
Tom Hogan's entire staff recently walked out on him including his paralegal, his law clerk, his receptionist, and his supporting attorney Jessie Castellano, who was the ONLY good thing he had going for him. If you need a real attorney, without the multiple personality disorders of Thomas Hogan then please look her up. She will gladly and competently handle your case like a real lawyer.
Among Tom Hogan's many flaws as a lawyer, you will also note he has raging anger issues. It seems as if he has Turrets Syndrome as you will undoubetdly witness his frequent outbursts, shouting, fidgeting, and lack of any sense of self control.
