Sold me a camper under the guise that it was just a tiny leak. Turns out he covered up rotted floors with new stick on tile. The roof was almost completely rotted. Then when I brought it to his attention he pretty much said screw you it's not his problem. Now he's running a excavation company. Probably ripping off more innocent people. If you see this. Use someone else. Do not use Tony Ochs. He will rip you off and laugh about it.
