Trsstar aerial rentals and equipment Tristar aerial I bought a Cela DT80 approcmximately 1 month ago. It has a long manufacturer warranty. Since the day i boughtbit for nearly $150,000 it has not functioned correctly. Dublin Georgia
Tristar aerial rentals and equipment Tristar aerial I bought a Cela DT80 approcmximately 1 month ago. It has a long manufacturer warranty. Since the day i boughtbit for nearly $150,000 it has not functioned correctly. The reach on the lift with a 265 person in basket should reach out to 38 ft. Mine only does it to approximately 20-25 on some days. Also the lift has been stuck in the air above major power lines on numerous occasions. After having contacted their customer service number they literally told me to f off. The unit has the ability to be remotely diagnosed however they will not do that because i said i hated it and regret ever buying it on facebook. The company has stated to me they will on my work on it if i bring it there multiple states away. Even though they have the ability to remotely do everything to the lift. They have also refused to give me my log in information so that i can view the diagnostics online of the machine myself. Thisnisnthe only dealer in the entire united states so i am atvtheir mercy. Stay far away from them. I intend on taking the lift there to be fixed and then immediately selling it soni do not have to worry about this situation in the future. Cela lifts and this dealer are not good for this country
