I saw Keller Williams Realty in Springfield, Missouri do some underhanded things to its realtors in Springfield, Missouri. Friends of the 'unlicensed office manager' Travis Dean Lathrop were involved in a 600k deal were not required to pay men for my consulting work, when I complained I was threatened.
I worked two years to cultivate new listings on to be fired and the listings given to Lathrop's company buddies. Beware of the realtors there who are friends with Lathrop, they allegedly rob clients and realtors who work with/for the company. Lathrop sued his family in a missouri court, what kind of person sues his family?
I set up a lease screening and commercial lease propgram there only to be fired when Lathrop wanted to take credit for my work, work I did before he arrived on the scene. This [Springfield, Missouri] company is not creditable, use another brokerage if you want to be treated fairly and honestly as a cleint.
