I contacted Verizon Online customer service on 01/15/2022. Spoke to Verizon Rep Justin. Justin did not help me resolve my billing issie at all. And refused to transfer me to Verizon Supervisor.
My Verizon bill is $100 for 02/02/2022.
My cell phone is paid of, It was $30 a month.
$100- $30 brings my bill down to $70 also minus jetpack which was $15 a month that brings my bill down to $65 a month california sales tax of 9.5 my bill should only be $71 a month.
I don't know what kind of billing games Verizon is trying to play with me but I won't allow it and I'm a severely pissed off customer here!
