No customer service after money was paid. No policy on refund or replacement of this garbage they have supplied.
Xpower is cheating people online. I purchased xpower air mover and paid online on their website and they shipped the products to me. When i opened the package they delivered, i was shocked. Inside the box they delivered refurbished product which look old and used. I paid for brand new product not for refurbished. When i tried to contact their customer service there was no response. I couldnt ask for replacement or refund. Beware of this Scam company xpower. They use various websites to run their online scam. CEO Keidy Gu is running the biggest scam in restoration industry n cheating people.
