Yavapai County Humane Society and Thrift Store Kathy the Tweaker Manager and her dope smoking donation attendant Rich and the entire board Excessive Loud Music, Failure to Obey Dark Sky Ordinances and deceptive sales practices Prescott Arizona
The entire staff except Sam are rude especially Kathy and the entire board of directors. Despite Dark Sky Ordinances and noise level restrictions they blare the stereo outside all day and leave bright lights on all night. They also refused to refund a discount and instead sent rude letters. I was told the manager would get back with me but even when I tried calling, they did not return calls. Avoid this place and go some of the better stores instead.
