With all due respect, Genell, and I do trust your sincerity, I have written emails to your company regarding the method in which I came to "place my order" and I received no response. I was also told by someone in your customer service dept. that the 14 days were not flexible. No interest was shown in investigating how this situation came about. It was a dead end with no recourse offered and certainly no offer of free return. I paid $8.05 to return the product, after being told by my check card company to do so when I disputed the charge. I have received a refund, but only after having disputed the charge with my bank. I have copies of all the emails.

I have spoken with the sales and marketing director and they are contacting all marketing affilates to find out where this ad is located. Please contact us with this information so that we can contact this advertiser and discontinue our relationship with them. We never authorized this type of advertizing. The "14 days" is when the charge for the remaining amount owed goes through for keeping the program. We understand that it can be hard to contact a company within that amount of time and tell them you are sending the product back. In the rebuttal, the company says "we have never offered a free satellite radio, this must have been on the same page as our ad". The "free offer" for the tooth whitener was part of this scheme whereby one had to choose 2 offers from each of several pages of offers, which, supposedly, when completed, would result in a free satellite radio. This is a common internet advertising tactic. The company must have entered into a relationship with this promotional agency. I was never taken to 800-Patches website. The company needs to take responsibility for all promotion using its name. I was never told that they would pay for the return of the unordered product. This is a questionable way of doing business, at best. And refusing to give refunds after more than 14 days after delivery of the unordered product is especially questionable. If there wasn't an attempt to exploit or mislead, then why have these policies?

Otherwise, when contacting us, we can schedule a call tag pickup which does not cost the customer anything. We have not ever had an offer for a "free satellite radio". This must have been on the same web page as our advertisement, but from a different company.

My name is Ardell Dunbar, 7977 york St Unit B,Denver, Co. 80229 303-227-1827. I applied for the $1 cosmetic bag. It was suposed to be $1 plus 4.95 S&H. i got charged the one dollar plus 6.95 S&H. I was promised a free sattelite radio. I received my cosmetics, all broken and unuseable, but not until 2 weeks after these amounts were taken from my account. Then...they charged me 63.00 for nothing!!!!!!!!I want this account cancelled and my money back. I read the terms and conditions, I thought I had 30 days to try these products. I have not been able to contact"patches". Please help!!!!!
