On August 04th I called -1-800-Pack-Rat moving and Storage Company and made a reservation to get a 16' container delivered to my address on august 24th 2016.

The agent over the phone confirmed that they have enough time to make sure that this delivery will happen with no issues on the specified date.

I wanted to pack my house, store them and then join my family vacation overseas. I booked a flight for me, my wife and my son through British Airways two days after my container get delivered, on the 26th. I planned that I can put all my stuff in the container on the 24th and drive to Dallas then catch my flight. As simple as that!

On august 19th the company charged my credit card $500 Delivery fees.

On August 23rd I called the company and they confirmed that the driver will give me a call in the morning and have the container delivered before noon. 

Next day the 24th I called at 9:00am and the agent was confused about who is going to handle my order, agent said that she will check for me and give me a call back. Waited 2 hours and no body called, I called again and got the same promise! An hour later the driver called me and said that he is going to pick up the container and then head my way! Sounds good, I asked how long until the container gets here, he hesitated to answer but then said in two hours. 

Two hours later no body show up nor the driver call me, I called him back and then his attitude was unbelievable! Driver: "I am busy, I have too many deliveries, and I don't even know if I will be able to deliver your container”!!!

At that point I said to myself there is no point of talking to the driver, I called the customer support (Brad or Brian), left me on hold for 30 minutes and then confirmed that later on today the container will get delivered and I should no worry about it. He was very nice and you have no choice but to trust him.

4:00pm no phone, no driver no container... that's when the real company employees got off work and left the second shift agent to answer phones. I called and she had no idea what happened to my order, promised to call back and never did. I called back and she completely ignored me and hangs up on me. Tried calling numerous of times with no one to pick up.

Next day the 25th I called and they were very confused and after many holding on the line they accused me of telling the driver that I don't want the container delivered!!!! When I told them that is not true and I have a recordings proves that this is not true, they were like okay let’s see if we can deliver a container for you. Minutes later they confirmed that they could not.

At this point I already waited too much time hoping that I will get this service and I am just killing my time. My life after that was the most miserable hours in my life. I sink between the furniture and boxes and everything is so messed up.

I had to hire a U-Haul truck, helpers and rent storage. And it was so messy. Had to delay my flights and sleep in hotels until my life got back on track.
