I ordered the trial with auto shipping. It said while supplies last. I never got the trial, but the charge was on my credit card. I called and canceled on the phone, left a message with the company on the customer service line.

I also contacted the credit card company and reported the fraud. And told them not to accept any further charges from the company.

The card company will not remove the disputed charges because they had not heard back from patches that the trial had not been shipped but billed, and they never admitted to getting the shipment back that I returned.

I returned the box I got from the company, before they changed their return policy about calling them first.

To this date the charges for 2 shipments are still on my credit card.

I had to cancel on line several times. It took the credit card company finally refusing the charge and them sending an error report to me about the billing for the patches to finally get the charges stopped. They simply were not processing my requests to stop shipments.

It does not surprise me that you "lost" my previous requests to cancel. I have an e-mail dated 7/11/05 that you tried to charge my credit card again a full month after the date that you say is my cancel date. Your bookkeeping seems to be kept poorley to say the least and I want no other products from you. Since I did not get what I asked for the first time. The free trial offer.

Rebuttal: Our records indicate that the customer did not make a cancellation request until 6-11-05, approximately 3 months after their initial order. Furthermore, they did not contact us with their cancellation request until approximately two weeks after the order had been shipped. The customer may have reached us via our toll free customer service line (1-800-Patches) to make their cancellation request, at any time. Our records suggest that the customers trial order was shipped and delivered; if they did not receive the trial they may have filed a claim with their local post office for reimbursement. We are a legitimate company with legitimate policies and a very high customer satisfaction rating. We have a fully staffed call center of customer service representatives that can be reached via 1-800-Patches (1-800-728-2437).
