This was a pop up and unfortunately my three year old pressed the enter botton. I've been sending back the packages and I'm still being charged. However, I'm disputing all charges from 1-800-patches. Thank you,

Hello Kimberly, We accept that your three year old clicked on a pop-up that lead you to our website, however, merely clicking on a pop-up does not automatically provide 1-800-Patches with your personal information. To complete an order you would have had to been lead to an order page where you were prompted to enter shipping/billing address and some form of payment, and, of course, the product you intended to order. Also, it is mandatory when placing an order for one of our trial offers (you did not specify if this was the case) to agree with the Terms and Conditions for the offer. You cannot complete an order without stating that you have read and agreed with the full Terms and Conditions. The only reason you would be receiving additional orders is because you had enrolled in our automatic shipment program at the time you placed your initial order. The automatic shipment program enables you to save on additional orders and automatically schedules orders to be dispatched in 30-day intervals (for most products). You are entitled to cancel the automatic shipment program at any time. We're not sure as to why you did not attempt to contact us in order to cancel this. We can be reached by phone, toll free via 1-800-Patches or by e-mail at ([email protected]). All of our contact information can be found on the invoice we include in all orders.
