I did a research on your report. Not a single name you mentioned on your report is linked to this company. The address is correct however, but, is this a crime? the company is registered with the state and the state doesn't seem to have a problem. I also notice you were vey liberal in your answer. Do you know the person in the complaint? Do you know if they have a contract with this company? Do you know if they either breached the contract or if there is one in existence? have you dealt with this company in the past? Do you know them. Also did you know the more you search on the internet about negative reviews the more articles are appearing on competition trashing other companies, ex-emplyees trashing companies and customers trashing companies out of spite.
One of the reasons I got involved is because it kind of cought my eye how the complaint does not mention anything about themselves and I wonder if there is more to this issue because I also found on my research a company called transport reviews. I contacted them and asked what their protocal is to post a review and it is pretty organized, only customers can post either good or bad reviews based on credentials as order number, name, phone number, address and proof of being a customer of the company.
This company has four (4) out of five (5) stars meaning there are substantialy more positive reviews than negative reviews and the company answers all their complaints and praises. To the end then, while browsing this site I saw a 20/20 ABC video on the BBB Better Busines Bearue and how a terrorist group got an A rating on the BBB. While checking 1 shot epress site I also saw a similar video on the BBB they even answer as to why they do not repond to the BBB complaints and while going over their complaints with the BBB I noticed these are un-answwered complaints. In other words the company never answered them is not that they lost the complaints. The internet nowadays is a very powerfull tool, it can make you or break. The good news is there apear to be more and more educated customers that can read between the lines.

Odds are you will never get your $290 back. If you did a reverse lookup on their street address (minus the suite number) you would have seen that it is a UPS Store. In other words a rented mailbox.Their website has a private domain registration (cloaked ownership). Their BBB rating is F. Major red flags here.
Here's the players names:
Principal: Emilio Valle (Owner)
Christopher Johnson (General Manager)
Peter Smith (Call Center Manager)
Chase them down at their homes.
