1/2 price mattress prestige worldwide went through 2 refridgerators and both broke I want my money back kettering, Ohio
I bought a fridge and 3 weeks later it broke they would only give me an exchange, I went there to pick out my next fridge and they were dirty and one had spaghetti sauce on it. I told them I want my money back they said no. I picked another fridge that was the same price as my last one and said I wanted another 90 warrenty since this was a different fridge they said no. they deliverd the fridge two days later even thought the sign said same day express delivery. the time window was between 10am and 12pm they didnt get there until 1:45pm and didn't even apologize for being an hour and 45 minutes late. then that day the new fridge broke!!! I just want my money back, I filed a claim with the bbb.
