This merchant never shipped my order. They sent me a fake tracking number. They never responded to email. They never responded to messages through their ticket system. I filed a chargeback with Citibank and a complaint with the BBB. The merchant's BBB rating as of today is D+.

Regardless of the comments written by Pam, above, the BBB has rated this company "D+." ACCORDING THE THE BBB: "The grade represents BBBs degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns filled with BBB."

In addition this company sent a FAKE tracking number. In order to cover the fact that the number was phony, the company sent a note along with this tracking number saying: "PLEASE NOTE: Your tracking number may take several days to register in the FedEx system. Please be assured that your package has shipped."

After not receiving the package for two weeks after that message, I attempted to trace the number and found that it was invalid.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I checked out 13deals.com on BBB.org even before seeing this report.  Any company you might do business with...always check them out first.  And if you do look at the BBB.org, read the whole report.  13deals has had complaints, however according to the Better Business Bureau, the company has done their part to resolve the complaints.  The consumers refused to acknowledge the response to the BBB.  Anyone can look themselves.  BBB.org  And here is a good tip for anyone wanting to buy stuff from a company that is not that well known.  Buy a prepaid Visa to purchase.  If the card has no money, they cannot continue to take money from you.  Just a side tip!  =0)~
