18 Nurition 18 Nutrition advertised product for 59.00 and charged my AMEX 268.91 dollars Los Angeles California
My wife asked me to order a product named Kremotex from 18 Nutrtition at a cost of $59.00 --when I recived my AMEX bill it was 268.91. I called and they gave me an order number that they said they found by my address. They also gave me an address to return the items they had sent. The address was Promation Fulfillments Ctr. 311 21 st. ALT. 18 Nutrition Camanche, IA. 52730-9699. Now they tell me the order number is an Amazon number and I should contatct Amazon for refund. This is the order number they gave me when I called them. And the adress they gave me to return items is in Iowa and they are based in Los Angles, Ca. I returned the items and UPS tracking sent messeage that items had been delivered to front desk and signed for by Hollie. I have checked my AMEX statement and this payment was made to 18 Nutrition not Amazon. I think they gave me a incorrect order number and had me send items to an incorrect address. I have emailed them several times and all I get is a simple this is an Amazon order and that I should contact Amazon.This is a scam and I am not the only one that got riped -off. I read thier reviews and many people have been scamed by this company.I have contacted my AMEX and filled a dispute -- hopefully they can track this down and issue my refund. This report is to help prevent other people from being scamed by this company.
